She is expert at driving revenue, profitability and market share based on customer loyalty market research results. At John Larson & Company, she serves as client contact and program manager throughout engagements from initial timeline development through presentation of survey results, action planning, results measurement and sharing best practices to maximize the value of every engagement.
Susan holds an MBA in marketing and organizations and markets from the Simon School of Business, University of Rochester and a BFA in writing from New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
